Great day today!

Feeling more like myself now that this steroid is getting out of my system – including sleeping better (9-6!) This might be a new record since my seizure.

Ive sat in on 2 work meeting in the past two days. It’s nice to hear about things in the real world. I wasn’t particularly valuable. It was more for a distraction for me and to hear about what’s happening. I’m definitely going to have a lot to catch up on when I’m back.

Big highlight of the week – our Peloton was delivered on Monday! After 18 months riding a spin bike with the digital app, we were watching the All-Star Ride onESPN, I said I think we should get the bike for the leaderboard. Later that day, also the 4-year anniversary of our first date, my super buddy ordered it.

It’s the best possible timing that it’s here now.

One constant in this process seems to be waiting. As someone typically short on patience, I fid myself forced to stay present and wait. Particularly as everyone else seems impatient and wanting to know what’s next. But while we had hoped to be discussing pathology with Duke tomorrow, its now 5pm and no call. So, we wait another day.

Ill give this a try later, should you decide to work on your practice: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BjLQLtCQgeM
